The Word Cloud

Not too many would have tried creating Groups on here, but there is an option when creating a new topic (two tick boxes) to make it 'Sticky' or 'Closed'. Anyone got any ideas as to what these mean and what they do, exactly?

I think it might mean that others can't comment if you tick 'Closed Topic', but I've never selected it or been able to test it.

I just tried clicking on the Group icon in the left panel and I can see no no sign, now, of any sticky or closed option. There is Private (join by invitation only) or Public (open to anyone).

I think this only appears when you create a new group from scratch - it's in the process.

I'd also like confirmation on whether only Group owners get this, or whether anyone creating a new topic in a group see these tick box options.
