The Cloud has stopped informing me when I ahve a new personal
message. Does anyone know how to fix this? :)

I often have the same problem. And also with notifications. The
only way I get round this is to click the Messages and
Notifications buttons and see what comes up. But maybe a techie
Clouder has a more sophisticated suggestion?
