The Word Cloud

I have never managed to get the chat function working on my laptop - this is all I can see, and no matter how much I try to move the box or reduce my screen so I can see it, it just will not obey:

Does anyone else have this issue? I am always so aware that I cannot reply to the chat window, and worry that people think I am ignoring them... :-(
