I have enjoyed reading the entries and wish to thank all entries.
Many dark and melancholy tales here and several people actually
knew that BA31 is the regular service from Heathrow to Hong Kong
but no matter.
This month's honours go to Jak for the reincarnation tale. Runner
up is Noodles tale of J-lo, most amusing, ST in third with his
oblivion. And special mention to Alan P's masterpiece of piss
take.
Skylark. Great tale but sadly too long and thus unfair to the
others if I allowed it. I would love to read the next 500
words........
Over to you Jak, Noodles, on stand by if Jak is
unavailable.........
Cheers all once again and you lot have no idea how difficult it
is to pick a winner of thsi comp with so many good entries.
Jak, its your shout.

Many grats, Jak - a goodun. Knew you could do it.
Monsieur Prop, I must take issue over the early judgement; this
comp closes at midnight on Monday, n'est pas? And it's only 10:30pm
on Monday now (or was, when I opened this thread). Ah, perhaps
you're not in England? Sorry. I'm too late. C'est la vie.
Still well done Jak - and Noodles and runners up.

Well done Jak - a great story
And I thoroughly enjoyed Alan's take on it all too
OFP, thanks - I knew I'd disqualified myself as soon as I posted
but I don't think I could have edited it any shorter anyway. Was
great fun to write though - as for the next 500 words - use your
imagination - it will probably do it more justice than anything I
tried to write - hee hee.

Hi guys,
The limit was a killer I'm afraid. ( If you hadn't put the numbers
down I wouldn't have counted).
In retrospect it was a mistake to impose such a tight limit.
The joy I had in winning the previous comp and setting up this one
was hugely mitigated by having to pick just one "winner". That
sucks as I am sure all of you will inevitably discover.
