Been dipping into our'arry's book, 'Getting Published' and I
noticed he spends 13 pages talking about the covering letter and
just 2 and a bit on the synopsis.
Just found it interesting...

Makes sense. From interviews I’ve read, agents don’t give a shit
about the synopsis unless the CL and opening chapters kick ass.
They almost all say they read it last. Not much to say about it
anyway – short, present tense, single-spaced, show the arc.

Glad of this reminder. Have Harry's book and must go through it
again with a fine tooth comb before sending anything else out.
