Cloudies thinking about converting their book to an e-format for
publication and considering the above software for the job should
take heed of this article. The End User Licence Agreement has a
couple of mighty big fishhooks. This link explains it better than I
possibly could.

If it reads as I think it does; Apple only says that if you make
the book with their tool then you have to sell it through them.
There is nothing to stop you putting the book through another tool
rather than Apple's.
Even though I detest things Jobsian, this is one argument against
Apple which is really wrong.
Of course, I could easily be wrong.
