has a really good handle on the use of Lightning Source (they highly recommend it), in comparison to other POD companies. I think it's a little out of date now, as some changes specifically with Amazon pricing have altered the playing field a little, but it still has lots of really good points and is an interesting read, especially for those considering Lightning Source. Myself, I'm going to see how it goes with an eBook first, as there's rather less start-up cost!
