  Hi again Karen. Well I write in bursts and I haven't had one since last weekend, so just a few hundred words here and there plus some plotting.
  
  I was aiming to get a chapter done before Monday but that's looking unlikey now. Nevermind - I have a return flight to India this week and as long as the laptop batteries hold out I should have something done by next Saturday.
  
  And you? Have you steamed past that natural wall Emma was talking about? How many words in are you now?

  i did reply to this message but have no idea where it went - off into cyberspace somewhere I presume. I think we should use this as a writer's circle and a place to moan about the highs and lows! How's the story going Andrew, done any more? I'm looking forward to reading it.

  So now we are here, for what purpose do you want to use this group? Would you like it to be a kind of writer's circle? Or just a place to talk about the highs and woes of writing and getting published?
