possible fantasy and SF publisher

I came across this site and it would seem like a possibility as a place for newbie fantasy and SF authors to submit their work.

    Hey Malcolm, I had a look. They have some big names on their books but they take 9 months to a year to get back to you and don't want you to send it off to any other publisher in the mean time.

    Ho, hum. Back to the drawing board...
