WHY MEN ARE NEVER DEPRESSED:

Men Are Just Happier People—

Your last name stays put.

The garage is all yours.

Wedding plans take care of themselves. Chocolate is just another snack.

You can never be pregnant.

Car mechanics tell you the truth.

The world is your urinal.

You never have to drive to another petrol station restroom because this one is just too icky.

You don't have to stop and think of which way to turn a nut on a bolt.

Same work, more pay.

Wrinkles add character.

People never stare at your chest when you're talking to them.

New shoes don't cut, blister, or mangle your feet.

One mood all the time.

Phone conversations are over in 30 seconds flat.

You know stuff about tanks and engines. A five-day vacation requires only one suitcase.

You can open all your own jars.

You get extra credit for the slightest act of thoughtfulness.

Your underwear is £8.95 for a three-pack. Three pairs of shoes are more than enough. You never have strap problems in public.

You are unable to see wrinkles in your clothes.

Everything on your face stays its original colour.

The same hairstyle lasts for years, maybe decades.

You only have to shave your face and neck.

You can play with toys all your life.

One wallet and one pair of shoes -- one colour for all seasons.

You can wear shorts no matter how your legs look.

You can 'do' your nails with a pocket knife.

You have freedom of choice concerning growing a moustache.

You can do Christmas shopping for 25 relatives on December 24 in 25 minutes.

No wonder men are happier.

Really, some how I doubt that... hee he

Some men can be worse than women and when they sick, oh may - let's just not go there. No one knows the pain of what they going through, no one has been as sick as they are right now.... give me a break...

Chanty, science has just proved (a report yesterday) than 'man-flu' is more severe than the 'flu' which inflicts upon a female (but do not ask why, because it will just endeavor women to act even more superior).

Hon, I don't need to ask why - I have my own ideas.... It's a fact men can't handle pain as well as women... that's why we have the period pains, labor pains, etc - we just that much stronger...

The truth is that 'women suppposedly have better immune systems than men' but that is purely because God had to give women something.

It's just far to easy - no challenge at all, not worth wasting my time....

Never - I just choose the fights worthy of my time and effort - think about it.

I could take that comment in two ways - Personal, or the fact you only select easy 'fights.'

Ah, Kenty, I do like reading your blogs. The above is pretty much true...I kinda see it from both sides (being an engineer I spend a lot of time with blokes). I'm not a girly girl at all and spend most of my time on typically 'blokey' pursuits...thankfully, even though I'm not girly on the inside, I do look feminine on the outside! Dunno about you but I find manly women very frightening... ;)

It's not all easy, Kenty. Society expects men to go down the pub all the time and drink loads of booze. It stops us from learning more meaningful things like...

Anyhow, women don't understand that kind of pleasure, I mean pressure.

Damn. OK, it's good being a bloke :-)
