My name is Lorraine and I live in Naas, Co. Kildare (about 20 mins from Dublin). My loves in life are reading and writing and I would love to make a career out of it. I'm 17 and in a boarding school in the middle of nowhere so there isn't much else to do but read if you don't do sport (and I can safely say that I DO NOT do sport!) and I think writing became a natural progression from that! I'd love to meet some new writers and share some ideas so don't be afraid to stop and have a chat!

    Well I don't think your mad! I started writing last week and now with my creative muse hanging by a thread my mentor whants my novel finished by November, edited and all! Just keep your head above water, although you'll find yourself sinking every now and again.

    Depends which new stuff you mean :P I've got too of her trilogies - the Black Magician one and the Priestess in White one. Can't actually remember what they're called atm :D

    As for starting your book again, heck why not? And if we are mad, I'd rather be that than boring as hell :P Not that hell's particularly boring... who came up with that?

    Sorry to say it and all, but I hate both of those bands. Though I bear you no animosity for liking them-I just find A7x and BFMV too screamo. I like a wide variety of metal-related genres and some classical stuff. The closest things I have to friends are rugby players who listen to what I consider to be chavvy garbage. Slighly random question here-do you have facebok at all?
