KallieRosa The sunshine always makes me sleepy. Wishing I didn't need sleep lately. Too much to do, not enough energy.

KallieRosa When you're writing a scene and have to argue with yourself to keep writing even though you've just written something that you know isn't right/perfect, but this isn't the time to edit, you need to get this scene out. You can edit it later!! Lol. Repeat after me: Write now, edit later..

KallieRosa For the first time ever I have compartmentalised scenes/documents of the current novel. It looks promising. Even named them to make them identifiable. I may actually end up with some sort of fully formed manuscript by the end of the year. I now kind of don't want to sleep, I want to keep on writing!

KallieRosa It really annoys me when people ask me how to get published and then I say well what have you been writing and they say nothing. They say they want to write a book and get published but haven't ever actually written anything before. Those people!!

KallieRosa Is it just me or does having a cold make you super creative? I always end up writing loads and loads while sick.

KallieRosa So a chapter in a book is like a couple to five minutes of screen time in a tv show. Hopefully this understanding will now help me with chapters.

KallieRosa Got myself all the Dexter books. I LOVE the TV show, and I've heard the books are even better. Super excited and I also hope they feed my writer brain.

KallieRosa When you're having a bad brain day on top of a bad body day and you just want to have a meltdown but you are trying to keep your shit together. +mental health +feeling like shit +want to curl up and die +sucky nervous system +achey bones +achey muscles +joint pain +cramps +vertigo +eye ball pain +headaches +nausea +anxiety +depression +fatigue +clothes are irritating my skin too +and the sun is too bright +and it's hot +and it's too noisy to have the windows open +and my freaking ear is being annoying with some ear ache type of pain too +and this freaking pain at the back of head, kinda in the neck... I think that's where the headache is coming from. And from there I have should pain from having boobs. Which are sensitive as fuck too. I was really ill last night with diarrhea and came so close to vomiting and had the most horrible migraine which is what turned the nausea into almost spewing my guts up. Eraghh. But woke up feeling better until it started getting sunny and hot and it all just flared up again. Being in bed in the dark is the only thing to help right now since I can't do shit else. I don't mind morning, evenings or nights but I HATE afternoons. They are the worst time of day and when PAIN is the most unbearable. It's preventing me from one writing and two doing my animal courses. Eraghh fml.

Sylvia Plath is not a good example to follow. Just a point worth making, in my view.
