Hey, so sorry to hear about your dog. If you want talk/reminisce write away on fb. It's cool. I'm hear to listen. And 100% understand. I still haven't recovered from Cerberus' death and I don't think I ever will. It will hurt for a while, but it's ...

Some of your stuff I don't relate to. But you always post well considered thoughts and level, objective observations. Losers aren't capable of that. You are different, but not a loser. Nothing wrong with being different.

KallieRosa I'm so freaking hard on myself when it comes to writing. Tbh, I am kinda going through a big depressive episode atm and it's obviously affecting my state of mind. But yeah I'm a perfectionist and nothing I ever do is good enough. I have to do better, be better. Therefore I never do anything, because I'm never good enough to do anything. I have these ridiculously high standards, expectations which were born and fed in my teenage years. And adult me has tried and failed to meet those expectations. Nothing. Is. Ever. Good. Enough. The expectation I've met is the joke that I'm biggest loser ever. I used to have this saying embrace your loserhood. I sure have embraced and surpassed that.

I'm still shocked by Chester Bennington's death, I don't think it has sunk in yet, it just doesn't feel real and I get really strange feelings whenever a Linkin Park song comes on, on my Ipod or on the music channels now. It was so unexpected and ...

KallieRosa Went outside with the bf to the local shops to grab a couple of things and top up the electric. Ended up having a panic attack. It was really busy out, especially being school holidays. So now back home and I have drawn the curtains and shut the outside world out and have found us a Netflix/Marvel show to watch called Iron Fist. Literally stories and TV shows etc is one of the things I use to cope/escape/avoid/try to relax. So far it's already motivating me to want to work out so that's a positive. Lol.

Jenni Belsay Well done, KallieR. Never suffered from panic attacks but know that kind of distraction/escape has helped break spiralling despair in the past. Follow through with that desire to work out.

KallieRosa I slept last night. So am now awake in the day time and the sun just makes everything seem so artificial and my energy is drained/low. During the day the world is so noisy too. Not like what normal people would consider noisy. My mind is noisy. I just can't concentrate or do normal things in daylight. I just feel so down right now. I don't know what's wrong with me. And yes I am laying on the floor trying to breathe.

OFP There is a mind trick I learned in the army to temporarily lower you blood pressure and therefore your anxiety levels. Think about relaxing each part of your body one part at a time starting with your toes. Do your tongue last. Might help. Cures. Hiccups too by the way...

KallieRosa Thanks, I will try that. I am trying more Buddhism inspired stuff positive thinking, decluttering myself of possessions and so forth and I know meditation is apart of that, I have a thick exercise mat now as I know exercise helps and am trying to focus and channel everything into that and at the end of exercise after all the streches can get into meditation easier. But yeah meditation/relaxing is something I find really difficult!!

Freda your example there made me laugh!! Yeah the using dialog to tell the plot is one that really annoys me, but I agree with a lot of these. I tend to always hate the endings, especially if you've been invested in a book or TV show or movie and ...

Sylvia Plath is not a good example to follow. Just a point worth making, in my view.
