by Sohini 2 years agohey cipher it's fine both ways with me as long as i get to read the reply. it's almost becomes involuntary when we see the comments on our wall we start typing their answers back in the space provided on our own page. i, myself post comments on my own wall and later realise that my friends here in the cloud might want to see it posted on their walls so i just have to go for the copy-paste it on their wall again and delete the comment of mine on my wall. i prefer it that way. it's just your choice!
it's true that philosophy is the subject that makes one think about the things we tend to take for granted. it's give us a scope to look at things from different angles. -
by Cipher 2 years agoNo problem, joe, glad I could help. Even though I'm only an amateur myself I consider philosophy well worth studying because it addresses the big questions that face us all. It doesn't go out of date. Will attempt this year to read more of it.The good thing is that anyone can do it, you just have to make a good argument and can use your own truth and experience to do it. Does help to know the greats though. -
by Sohini 2 years agohi cipher, thanks for the reply. m a 11th grader and philosophy is one of my elective subjects. prior to my joining your group i used to think that people consider philosophy to be a dead subject and i, myself did not like studying it either but thanks to you for discussing things that is now making me take a little bit interest in my subject!

by Sohini 2 years agohello cipher, i must say that am a lot impressed with your group deep thought. well, one question i want to ask you each time i visit the group page. did you study philosophy? because i see a close link with the topics introduced by you in the group to that of the things related to the subject. u've made it interesting.
