  Bypass JK Rowling on the earnings list (that's like challenging Geroge Lucas with "I've an idea that's a bit like Star Wars but I'm sure will be more successful)
  Your worst habit?
  Other than picking my nose and eating it when I was a child, now it's 10 years of procrastinating over being a writer. Have you spent a decade telling people you're going to be a writer then done nothing about it? I'm that guy at parties.
  Your opinion on the books industry?
  It is a tough game, but everyone does their best

  The spare bedroom on the softest bed in the world (it's practically the skin on the custard)
