About
I am a single Mother of one lovely 16 year old Son. I have been writing since I can remember. It became an outlet at a very young age. By 13 I think I was writing very mature for my age. I had an English Lit teacher tell my Mother this at least...I was way ahead of the rest my age. I LOVE to bury my face in books too! I am kind of published. It is not my own book, but a friend asked me to read her manuscript and write a short testimonial, and say how I thought this book could help others. It is a memoir called The Rainbow in the Storm, Finding Hope where This isnt any...I was honored too do this for her, and it was my first publish. Alto it is not my book, Im proud to have my name in a book lol I hope to have my very own memoir written someday soon too..I have been writing it on and off for years, but ever since I wrote for Diane's book I find myself a lot more motivated to really get serious about this. I also write stories, poetry, do a lot of blogging on my own site. I have a Christian support site that I also write weekly, sometimes daily devotionals on too..

by Weens 2 years agoThanks for your message. I'm sorry to hear that you also suffer with chronic pain, but you are right about the advantage being time to read and write. I only discovered writing when I dragged myself into the twenty first century with a laptop. I've always read. I've loved books from being little. My problem is that I have to rest a lot, so I only have limited good 'windows' in which I can do 'activities', which now are used for reading and writing. Other pastimes have gone by the wayside.

by Tony 2 years agoHello agian, Jenn.
I've just read your 'About': I must have missed it first time round, or maybe you hadn't written it then. I must have a look at your website.
You might be interrested in a couple of short pieces I did 6 months or so ago, one called 'Friday' and one called 'Sunday'. You can find them here:

by Tony 2 years agoHi Jenn. Welcome to the Cloud, from the other side of the pond. It's way past midnight over here; I don't think there's anyone else around. But it's a great place, have a good browse.
