Elysia Poor you - and poor Hayden! This kind of thing drives me nuts - but nowadays you're not allowed to just confront the bully and tell them to pack it in. Most of the time, the bully whines about how they are the victim, and then the parents of the bully accuse the school of picking on their little darling, and how they're going to go the the authorities to report you because you're the bully, not their baby, how dare you say that... it's an absolute minefield. I really do hope you get it sorted xx

kaz No Hayden is the second eldest, he's just turned nine, he's not as tough as his brothers, but this has been going on for so long and his hair has only just started to grow back now from the last time when he pulled it out himself with stress. Thanks for your support girls x

Gels Yes I remember you had said that he'd been pulling at his hair. It's just awful. Really hope you get it sorted. I'm not surprised at how you feel, Kaz, totally normal. Sending you strength and love (share it with your lovely boy) xx

kaz Just had a phone call from the school. Tommy (4, who is my profile pic) and another boy weed against the wendy house to freak all the girls out. Grrrrr. Well we won't be going swimming after school as planned. His brothers will be gutted!

Elysia Ahh, the bad cop - yeah, know that one... Daddy is all fun and games, but when it comes to dealing with the crap, out comes Mummy. I'm terrible at telling Lucy off - I often have to do the 'serious' face and then go and lock myself in the bathroom afterwards, just so I can giggle! And thanks... I'm still a bit scared (I suppose it's natural - after having to worry for so long about what your kids eat, having one who can eat normally is weird!), but we'll get there. :-)

kaz Ely, if anything's wrong it's that his dad chuckled as well over the phone! Someone has to be the bad cop in the house and I'm afraid that person is me. Fab news about Emily. I shouldn't worry too much about Lucy, children adapt very well. My neighbours child is diabetic and she is very grown up about going without and injecting. Not quite the same, but I'm sure she'll be the same xxx

Thanks, Kaz. What a small world with your parents about to move to Eastbourne. I hope they like it. I wonder if you'll manage to persuade your husband to move there too! I think house prices there are still very reasonable on the whole, considering how much you have to pay in some parts of the country.

    Hi Kaz

How are you? Hows the contractions? I had notice the conversation on your wall. Sorry for being nosy! LOL hope all is ok.

I'm in between elements. I like to rotate my work, at the moment Its a short story for a competition, well I try too. I think I've got writer's block so I probably end up doing my comic. My projects are on hold due to moving into my new home.
Are you working on anything at the moment?

I read your profile and saw you in lived in kingston and i thought I'd give you a wave! LOL

Hey kaz - I don't mind! In fact, it's nice to be thought of ^^D. I don't want to jinx things, but I have been having mild contractions now since yesterday afternoon... nothing heavy yet (hence the reason why I am going for a walk in a minute - let's see if we can stir things up a bit!), but my mum says this is how things happened with her second birth - mild contractions started on the Friday and my brother was born Sunday evening, so I am hoping something similar happens here. We'll see!! xx

Hi Kaz, I'd say that Debi / Emma would be the most obvious picks there ... but as it happens, we're looking to get a children's/YA book doctor now.

Probably the best thing is for you to book up, asap, so you don't miss the early bird price, and put D / E as your book doctor choices. But also remind us (via the dietary preferences box!) what genre your book is in, and if we get that YA editor sorted out, which I'm sure we will, then we'll just transfer your preferences accordingly. Does that make sense? Hope so. And look forward to seeing you there.

in the "dietary requirements" box of the booking form, just remind us about your book. We're looking to get a , and if we sort that out, then we'll simply transfer your booking accordingly.
