About
As a displaced Brit, I make my home in Canada.
Married, two children, four grandchildremn, two great grandchildren and two en-route!
My work is scattered all over the web. I began with BeWrite Books and my short stories now appear on Rope and Wire, (Western), Bewildering Stories where I have written so bewilderingly, the editors had to put my stories on site because they were bewildered!
More to follow. I am taking my ma-in-law home - she is almosr 103.
Hi to everyone.

Night night, QBall. -
by QBall 2 years agoA flood of greeters. Thank you. Living on the we(s)t coast we are 8 hrs differnt from GMT so it is almost 5pm here. Cold meat and spuds for supper tonight.
I will be visiting the UK in mid-April. My daughter lives in Horley and my granddaughter and family in Bristol.
About time my greeters were in bed. Night! -
by Tony 2 years agoHi QBall, nice to have you on board. You'll have to excuse Whisks (or is it me?) but aren't you in the middle of your day/evening about now - not due to sleep for some hours yet?

by Weens 2 years agoHello Q Ball, very remiss of us not to have welcomed you to the cloud. Usually new members get a host of welcomes. I can only put it down to it being late on an Easter Monday with most people returning to work tomorrow. Anyhow, welcome to the cloud. You''ll find us a very friendly bunch and it will be good to have a gentleman of your experience on the site. Welcome and enjoy.

by Caducean Whisks 2 years agoHi QBall, I'll speak to you - although I should have turned into a pumpkin ages ago (it's half past midnight in England). Why, it must be ever so early in Canada; can't sleep?
