About
Currently obsessed with a detective character who won't leave me alone. I often dream as him and wake up very confused.
I've had poetry, short stories and articles published in print magazines such as Twisted Tongue, Trespass, Raw Edge, Prima, adc (arts disability culture), a story in the 2nd BHF Book of Horror Stories, and poetry in ezines.

by Rebecca Holmes 1 year agoCrikey, you must be feeling bad. Eastenders will only make you worse. Why not try some Leonard Cohen to cheer you up?
And keep trying. We hear all about successful authors, but we don't hear the full struggle of how they first got published. -
by Charlie 2 years agoIsn't it shameful that the BBC seems unable to acknowledge that there were good people on board those ships? Mankell has been arrested but isn't held with some of the other Swedes so not sure what it means - better treatment coz he's too well known or worse?

by Weens 2 years agoHave you bought your ribbons for ME/Fibro awareness day? I've just bought five for all the family. If I have anything to do with it, they will wear them all the time not just on the 12th.
