Current StatusHappy pancake day!
Are you a ...?Unpublished writer (so far)What genre do you primarily write in?General fictionAre your reading habits ...?OmnivorousWho is your favourite author(s)?Ian Rankin...at the moment...but it's very fluid. And your all time favourite books? (You can change these at any time, by the way ...)Good grief...I didn't know this involved homework! 1. To Kill A Mockingbird 2. The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo..(the whole trilogy counts as one I guess?) 3. The Shipping News 4. The Rotters Club 5. Lord Of The Rings 6. Any Ian Rankin Rebus booksWhat are your working habits when you write?Perfectly balancedAre you the edit-every-sentence-ten-times type, or do you prefer to let rip?Ten times? Why so little?Your ultimate writing ambition?Well every first timer must put 'to be published here'...so I'll not upset the apple cart. I'm hopeless with a brush and shovel anyway.Your worst habit?Watching the number of characters get lower and lower here and having to re-write the damn thing. Ok....I can be a tad long winded.Your opinion on the books industry?Too much celebrity and hype, but good books still get throughWhere do you write?Home and work...nowhere outlandish. I do live in the frozen north tha knows. What else do you want Word Clouders to know? eg: do you have 9 cats / like paragliding / eat nothing but tinned fish / work in the bath / live in Kettering?I own an art gallery. I play the guitar and sing in a 3 piece acoustic band, where I do a fair bit of song writing. No cats, just one dog now...at the moment!
No videos yet...
No recent activity...
I don't think I can add much here to what has been written over there....*points to the left*

by Squidge 3 months agoI'd like to see the film - is it OK to say that I have no idea what it's about, other than I've always assumed it's something to do with the French revolution? Have to say the stage show has never appealed...but I like Hugh Jackman...
by Hil 3 months agoI saw it on Tuesday. It was superb. If you ever cry at anything, you will definitely need the tissues. Hope you enjoy it.
by Mcallan 3 months agoOff to see Les Mis on Saturday night. Saw the stage production in London in November (I know!...me...the ultimate buttery crumpkin in London!) Friends saw it on Tuesday and warned us to take lots of tissues (didn't know it was THAT kind of film!!) Even my mate Bob was choked up and he's hard as nails so there's no hope for me!
by Tony 4 months agoI can still get your lovely music, Mac. Maybe it's been fixed in the last 20 mins.
