About

During my working life, I used my writing skills on a daily basis in my job, but very rarely for any creative purpose, and one of my major frustrations during those years was the lack of creative activity in my life. Now, I never seem to have enough time to do all that I want to do: top of the list is writing, and I have been lucky enough to have a short radio play broadcast on Radio Cumbria, and a full length one workshopped by the local professional theatre company. However, I am also a keen painter, and hope soon to get back into production as a jeweller and silversmith- a job I did full time for a few years. For relaxation, I like to knit- but only if it's challenging!
And now, I have added publishing to my list! However, seeing my first book, Moon in Leo by Kathleen Herbert beautifully printed, and getting great reader feedback, makes up for the huge amount of time spent.

thank you! well for me, it was not choice. Vamplit Publishing is my publisher. and they do ebooks first and then paperback.
Are you self publshing? i don't know much about that. But Vamplit swears by Smashwords.
print runs are expensive as far as I know, so kind of a gamble.
    thanks again.
