Interesting that Comeron confirms help with costs - many insurance policies specifically exclude loss due to 'civil insurrection'.Information

by Tinofloss 1 year agoYour sketches are really good - they deserve to be featured in your books! :) I think you can make it into a children's story since it's got animals. Kids (as I know) and young adult (that's currently singular because I seem to be the only one among my peers who still like animal stories!) will love it.
Or you may consider tackling more serious stuff (penguins remind me of global warming...) in a children's story. This sort of stuff receives grownup readership well.
Why your agents should be more open-minded:
Saint-Exupéry illustrated The Little Prince himself
An illustrated version of Dracula was reprinted in the US in 2008 and sold quite well (hmm...better than Wordworth's demi-pocket book edition :p)
Lots of children's moral stories/fairy tales have illustrations. -
by Vanessa 1 year agoMike, I was dreaming about your penguin last night and thinking up a story ... should I try to write it, would you let me?? i was thinking of writing from the penguins point of view, what do you think??

by Vanessa 1 year agoLove the synopsis on the penguin story. My seven year old and eight year old would love this kind of story if it is child friendly. I can imagine that it could easily be adapted as a children's ...if you do I'll get them to look it over. Both love books and read voraciously, especially beast quest, Harry potter, Cressida cow ell, etc...
