    I'm a mum most of time & a scientist in the bits in between. I think bats are far superior to birds, and gin and chocolate are possibly the two most important discoveries ever.

    Very disturbing, and powerful as always, Raine. I totally understand what Sandra means by horrifyingly internal. The narrator's so alone that the word alone doesn't do it justice at all.

    Thank you Raine. My effort was completely autobiographical of course!

    I loved (if that's the right word) your very poignant entry. The visceral language felt tragic rather than horrifying. So many ways to be unreliable and so many consequences.
